This week I learned that the smallest details can make a big difference. After a flurry of clients I got some feedback that made me stop and think. It was not what I was doing, but how I was doing it that made an impact. Delivering images after a shoot is a one small step in my workflow.
One small change I made last year was to pre-sort images into folders. Keynotes, book images, laptop, consulting, presenting, media pack. Each folder comes from the work in our strategy meeting (we took every image on purpose to fill those folders). Rather than wade through hundreds of images there is a tight selection. My clients have found it so much easier to #ShowThemSuccess: Write a post, quickly select an image - job done!
One small change has made building an audience who value your expertise a little bit easier.
