ORDERING
All orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt; once an order for a custom product has been placed and printed, it is not possible to cancel.
DELIVERY
Our standard turnaround time is 5–10 working days. Orders are sent for delivery Monday–Friday, 8am–5:30pm as standard.
We use DPD courier to carry out all our UK mainland deliveries. DPD provides a one-hour time slot for delivery by text or email. All UK mainland deliveries are dispatched on a next working day service.
Due to carrier restrictions, delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will incur an additional charge and may take an extra day for delivery. Please select this delivery option when processing the order to avoid any delay.
RETURNS POLICY
You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 48 hours of the item's arrival in damaged condition to be eligible for a claim or exchange. In most cases, photographic evidence is required of any damage in order to process a claim.
SERVICES/PRODUCTS
Once you have placed an order for any goods or services via this website (including any order for products or services), the order will not be treated as having been accepted until you receive confirmation from us that this is the case. This confirmation may be by email or post. The decision as to whether to accept any order from you is at our discretion, and we are not bound to do so.
We may, at our sole discretion, refund all or a proportion of the payment made in respect of the order concerned, but reserve the right to charge in full as if the products had been dispatched. To maintain continuity of service, we reserve the right to use alternative materials in production to those stated on the website.
Offer codes may be published from time to time as part of a promotion. Offer codes may provide a free item or a discount on part of an order. Offer codes can only be used for online orders placed through this website. A maximum of one offer code can be specified per order. Unless otherwise specified, postage and packing charges will still apply to orders subject to an offer code. Further conditions may apply, and if so, they will be published with the relevant offer code. We will use our reasonable endeavours to reply promptly to all correspondence. Such a reply may be by email or by post.
RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event of a concern with the product on receipt, it must be brought to our attention within 14 days. If a product is delivered to you damaged on arrival, please reject the delivery and inform the courier driver. We will then produce the order again and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. In the event that a product is damaged on arrival and signed for, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the package and supply photographic evidence of the damage in order for us to accept and complete a damage report to the couriers in question.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us, the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
LIABILITY
We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, incidental or consequential damages, or expenses.This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses, and third party claims. We do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will keep you informed as to the progress of your order. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

We take your right to privacy very seriously and your email address and personal details will never be sold or passed on to third parties.
Details held are those necessary to fulfil orders and contact you if necessary in relation to your order. Our paper and computer records are maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

All credit or debit card payments made via this site are processed securely by Stripe.
