Strategy

Before your event, we'll do a strategy call where we identify which images are a priority. We go through the details of the event and make a comprehensive shoot plan to capture all the assets you need. We also talk about visual storytelling and how you can use it to help build relationships rapidly.

Shoot

I arrive early and leave late to make sure I capture everything on our shoot plan. I also take every opportunity to capture additional content that could potentially be valuable for you and your team.

Select

During an event, I capture a huge number of images. I'll spare you looking through thousands of photos and do the initial cull myself. I'll be on the lookout for images where there is potential you can use in your marketing.

Sort

Don't panic. You won't be staring at a folder filled with hundreds of photos - leaving you overwhelmed and creatively paralysed!

I will organise your secure image library into folders. This will help create a faster, more effective process for you and your team. You can also comment on, select and rate photos for specific marketing projects.

Send

Once your image library is ready I’ll send a secure online link to your library. You can download your images in different resolutions depending on how you want to use them.

Your link will remain live. So, if you're on the road and need images you can download whatever you want 24/7.
